Incident Overview
Eleven is currently experiencing an issue with the API path https://secure.11os.com/elevenapi/panmap/ssid. When viewing an MDU site PAN map an API error message is seen.
Guest/User Impact
- This appears to be affecting all MDU sites. Hospitality is not impacted.
- Residents are able to access wifi
- This causes an error when viewing resident PAN mapping
