Use this guide to create everything you need for a new Wyndham branded Site in ElevenOS. Create a Site and Service Areas, add a device and configure portals, and then import the Site to Site Manager.
Requirements

Create a Site
Follow these steps to create a new Wyndham Site in ElevenOS Admin.
- In the ElevenOS Org tree, navigate to the Grouping or Service Provider Org
- Click Setup > Add Org
- Click New Site Wizard
Next, add the required information in each step of the New Site Wizard:
Basic Information
First, select Site Type and Template to reveal Site Info options.
- Site Type: Hotel / Resort is selected by default
- Template: Select Wyndham Hotels and Resorts
Next, the Site Info options appear. Add your information for each of the required fields. If you need additional Service Areas, you can add them in the next step:
- Site Name: Add the Site Name

Property ID: Add the unique Wyndham Property ID
- Site Brand: Select the brand for the Site
- Region: Select the Site region
- Time Zone: Select the Site Time Zone
- Guest Room Count: Add the number of guest rooms
- Meeting and Public Space Room / AP Count: Add the number of meeting and public spaces
- Address: Add the Site address. Make sure to select the appropriate country.
- Currency: Select the currency expected by the PMS. This currency will also be used by the service plans.

Resort Fee Includes Wi-Fi: Click this checkbox if you are configuring a Wyndham resort property where the resort fee includes Wi-Fi
- Click Continue
Configure Services
There are three Service Areas by default. Click the pencil icon next to a Service Area to edit it, or, the trash can icon to remove it. Click the plus icon to add additional Service Areas.
After you add or edit your Service Areas, click Continue.
Review and Save
Review the details to make sure they are correct. If you need to make changes, click Go Back. If the information is correct, click Create.
Summary
After you complete the New Site Wizard, the Wyndham Site and its Service Areas are configured in ElevenOS Admin. The Site and its Service Areas have specific Attributes that enable Wyndham specific features.
Find Site Attributes by going to the Site level org and then click Setup > Edit Org > Attributes. The following Attributes are configured by default:
- acct-interim-interval: This option allows ElevenOS to start capturing bandwidth data for your conferences
- Brand: The property brand
- CorporateBrand: The corporate brand
- ExtPropId: The property identifier, taken from the Property ID field in the New Site Wizard
- SingleCredential: Enables conferences to only require a single Login Code
- SiteType: Identifies the Site type as hospitality
Find Service Area Attributes by going to a Service Area level org and then click Setup > Edit Org > Attributes. The following Attributes are configured by default:
- Brand: The property brand as inherited from the Site
- ExtPropId: The property identifier as inherited from the Site
- PortalSystem: Enables the Portal Editor for the Service Area
- ZoneType: The Service Area type, such as GuestRooms, Public, or Meeting
Wyndham Loyalty login levels are created and managed via a combination of Service Plans and Promotions at the Wyndham level in ElevenOS.
View Service Plans by going to a Service Area level org and then click Setup > Service Plans. View Promotions at the Site or a Service Area level org by clicking Manage > Promotions. See Wyndham - Service Plans and Promotions as a reference.

Add a CurrencyCode Org Attribute for non-US Sites
For non-US sites, a CurrencyCode org attribute must be added at both the site level and the service area level.
- Navigate to Setup > Edit Org
- Click Add Attribute
- Select Currency Code
- Enter the 3 character currency code. This will be used to send charges using the PMS payment gateway when applicable.
- Click Add
Add Property Management System (PMS)
Add Property Management System (PMS) information in ElevenOS.
At each Service Area level, follow these steps:
- Click Setup > Payment Gateway
- Click the here link to create a PMS or Loyalty Payment Gateway
- Click Add New Gateway and select OHIP or SynXis Property Hub depending on your PMS
- Click Create
Add the following:
Opera Cloud (OHIP)
Follow these instructions if you need to add OHIP for your PMS. See SynXis Property Hub if you are adding SynXis.
- Nickname: Add a name for this PMS configuration

Chain Code: Add the Chain Code for the property. See Table-1 OHIP Chain Codes and Cashier IDs.

Property Id: Add the Wyndham property Id. For example,

SynXis Property Hub
Follow these instructions if you need to add SynXis Property Hub PMS. First, add your details in ElevenOS and then request activation of your PMS via email.
The values are case sensitive:
- Nickname: Add a name for this PMS configuration

Next, request activation:
All sites with SynXis Property Hub as their PMS require Sabre to activate the Site. Use the template below to request activation no more than 20 days before the planned go live date. There is a 10 day lead time for Sabre to activate the Site.
Send the request to the following email with the following subject and details. Be sure to add your specific information for each Site:

Add a Portal
Create portals for each Service Area so guests may access the wireless network.
At the Service Area level, follow these steps:
- Click Setup > Portal
- Click Create
- Click Hospitality Wyndham Portals

Select the appropriate template for your brand
The portal is automatically generated with the default options for guest authentication and languages. Verify the supported languages, update the hotel name and address, upload background images if necessary, and verify the hotel brand by clicking the appropriate menu options on the left side of the Portal Editor.
Click Save to save the portal.
Import to Site Manager
After you have created everything you need in ElevenOS Admin, import the Site to Site Manager so you can create Access Codes and delegate management tasks to Staff Users.
Create Access Codes
Create Access Codes to grant guests access to the wireless network without being charged. You should create one Access Codes per Site for guest satisfaction issues.
See Site Manager - How to Create Access Codes for more information and specific steps for working with Access Codes, and then see below for specific details about the codes you should create for the Site:
- In Site Manager, click Create Access Code
- Click the Basic Wifi

- Valid for: Unlimited

- Start: Immediate
- End: Forever
- Click Finish
Validate the Configuration

International Deployments
If the Portal Landing Page URL does not match the provided URL, you will need to create a Promotion Rule at the Site Level to bypass the site-level under Manage -> Promotions with the correct Domain
- In ElevenOS, navigate to Manage - Promotions
- Click Add Promotion
- Add the following:
- Name: Add a name using the naming schema described above
- Status: Active
