Issue: Eleven Software is aware of an issue affecting access to the Site Manager (WiFi User Admin) portal. Affected users are [unable to log in / seeing errors when loading the portal].
Guest impact: Guest and resident internet access is not affected. Guests can continue to connect and authenticate normally.
What this means for you : While the portal is unavailable you may be unable to look up guest sessions, issue vouchers or access codes, view property and device status, or run reports.
