Manage Access Codes

Create and manage Access Codes for guests on the Site Manager Dashboard page.

For group or promotional use, you can create access codes to provide internet access to guests at no cost. You can create a shared access code or private access code:

• Shared Code: Named code that can be used for groups or promotions. Each use of the code creates a new plan account.
• Private Code: Auto-generated code gives access to one plan account. Can be used to add additional devices if the plan allows.

Access Codes do not charge a guest for access even if the service plan it is based on is a paid service plan. Access Codes inherit the bandwidth, duration, and idle timeout from the Service Plan but not any fees.

Create Access Codes

1. Click Create Access Code
2. Click the Service Plan you want to use with the Access Code. Service Plans are created by your provider and should automatically appear here.
3. Click Next
4. Click Shared Code or Private Code and add the details required for either:
1. Shared Code
   • Add a Name
   • Add the amount of redemptions
   • Add a Start and End date
   • Click Finish
2. Private Code
   • Add the Number of codes to create
   • Click Finish
   • Download the .csv which contains the codes

Manage Access Codes

Click Manage Codes to view and edit existing Shared Codes and Private Codes.

You can see how many times an Access Code has been used and you can expire them from here.
