When is the Maintenance Window?
Date: Eleven will perform maintenance on our database servers, requiring a maintenance window. This is scheduled for Wednesday night 2/5/2025 from 10:00PM PST - 12:00AM PST

What is the Expected Impact?
Duration: 10: 00 PM - 12:00 AM ~ 2 Hours
Impact: There will be no outage or impact on Guest accounts or connectivity. This update will only affect Eleven OS admin accounts that access the admin platform. During these 2 hours, we ask that you refrain from updating or changing the roles applied to any admin account.
There may be slightly longer radius load times during this window due to the database being under heavy load during this update but we do not expect this to affect users.
No other actions are needed to be taken by integrators or end-users.
Please inform your support teams about this notice. If there are any changes they will be announced in advance of the maintenance window.
If there are any updates during the maintenance window we will send out updated communication.
