What is the Expected Impact?
We will be performing a scheduled deployment on Monday at 10:00 PM PST. During this maintenance window, users may experience a brief period of degraded service, including general slowness across the platform.
Guests enrolling in loyalty may also experience temporary delays in receiving their new loyalty status and getting online.
Normal service is expected to resume immediately after the deployment completes.
No actions need to be taken by integrators or end-users.
Please inform your support teams about this notice. If there are any changes, they will be announced in advance of the migration.
If there are any updates during the migration window, we will send out updated communication.
