Eleven will be performing a migration of Reporting data from ElasticSearch to Open Search. This is scheduled to Start Wednesday, 10/29/2025, from 10:00 AM PST and will run for 48-72 Hours

What is the Expected Impact?
Duration: 48-72 Hours
Impact: No outage expected. This migration has been rigorously tested and there is no downtime or loss of data expected. No degradation of service expected. This change will not affect authentication and will only update our Reporting stack efficiency. There will be no impact on already authenticated end users.
No actions need to be taken by integrators or end-users.
Please inform your support teams about this notice. If there are any changes, they will be announced in advance of the migration.
