Hello,
We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing a service disruption due to an external infrastructure outage. The issue is being caused by a network-service interruption on Cloudflare’s global platform, which is impacting one or more of our services.
What happened:
On November 18, 2025, Cloudflare began experiencing internal service degradation triggered by an unusual surge of traffic. As a result, users may experience increased error rates, slower response times, or inability to access some services.
Current status & what we’re doing:
- Cloudflare has posted updates on their official status page: cloudflarestatus.com Cloudflare Status+1
- We are actively monitoring the situation and working with Cloudflare to assess the impact on our services, isolate affected systems, and restore full functionality.
- There may still be residual issues such as intermittent errors or degraded performance.
What services are impacted:
Because we rely on Cloudflare for DNS resolution, content delivery (CDN), web traffic proxying, API gateway, security filtering, you may notice:
- Web pages taking longer to load or failing to respond
- "500-class" error messages, gateway/time-out errors, or “unreachable” messages when connecting to parts of the platform
- Partial access to features/functions, with some users able to sign in or load pages while others cannot
Next update:
We intend to provide an update as soon as new information is available. Please rest assured this is a high-priority issue for us.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
