When is the Migration Window?
Eleven will be performing a migration of Reporting data from ElasticSearch to Open Search. An update is scheduled to start Wednesday, 11/5/2025, from 3:00 AM PST and will run for 5 hours.

What is the Expected Impact?
Duration: 5 Hours
Impact: This change will not affect authentication and will only affect Reports in session data, properties, devices, conferences, accounts, and passpoint-reporting (new devices, profiles, acct, auth, microsites). There will be no impact on already authenticated end users.
No actions need to be taken by integrators or end-users.
