When is the Maintenance Window?
Date: Eleven will perform maintenance on our passpoint servers and API, requiring a maintenance window. This is scheduled for Tuesday overnight 6/3/2025 from 12:00AM PST - 1:00AM PST

What is the Expected Impact?
Duration: 12:00 AM PST - 1 AM PST ~ 1 Hour
Impact: We are expecting very little impact. There may be a few, short 3-5 minute outages for Passpoint microsites as we will be changing the APIs behind the microsites and microsite generator.
All other users should not be impacted
No other actions are needed to be taken by integrators or end-users.
Please inform your support teams about this notice. If there are any changes they will be announced in advance of the maintenance window.
If there are any updates during the maintenance window we will send out updated communication.
